Having recently agreed the letting of the former Thompson Accident Repair Centre at Newtown Industrial Estate, which followed on from the sale last year of a Depot site previously occupied by Egerton Recovery, Richard Percival of Carigiet Cowen has in the last week agreed terms for the sale of the ex Webb Offset Printworks on the same estate, extending to almost 100,000 sq ft.
