Acting for ENESCO Limited (International gift Ware Company), Carigiet Cowen has negotiated the sale of the firms former Border Fine Arts premises and adjoining warehouse in Langholm. The two buildings, totalling approximately 30,000 sq ft (2,782 sq m), are situated close to the centre of the town.
Despite challenging market conditions, the sale followed interest from a number of parties.
