Carigiet Cowen has recently acted for Oxfam on the sale of 28 Well Street, located within the Scottish Borders town of Moffat.

The former charity shop was sold by way of private treaty and we understand the property will shortly be re-occupied by Canis Domi Limited, a registered animal charity.
