HIGH COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TAKE UP AROUND CUMBRIAN TOWNS
Carigiet Cowen have had a strong start to 2022, acting on a local and national level.
This is demonstrated by sales and lettings across a range of the commercial property sectors including retail, drive thru, office and industrial accommodation within the county.
Company director, Ben Blain, acted on behalf of Kindred Spirits to secure their latest store acquisition in the popular Lake District town of Keswick at the start of this month. This is the third store for the company, who also trade from Ambleside and Beverley, specialising in the sale of craft spirits sourced from British producers from all around the UK including The English Whisky Company and Solway Spirits.
In Penrith, Ben has recently put Unit K2 within the Penrith New Squares Shopping centre in to legals. In addition, there is strong interest in Unit L1 and it is hoped a deal can be concluded shortly.
Ben comments; “Over the last two years, despite a lot of uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, it is encouraging to see so many local and established operators upsizing, increasing their presence and taking up new space around our county.
In addition, the large number of new enquiries coming over the phone from people looking to get their own premises and start their own business is really exciting.”
The company are always looking for new properties to bring to the market around Cumbria. To discuss your commercial property requirements, do not hesitate to give Ben or the team a call on 01228 544733. Visit our website www.carigietcowen.co.uk
